Return and Refund Policy

I.WARRANTIES DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

Members can return and exchange products with manufacturing defects within 90 days from date of purchase based on the following conditions:

•Damaged packaging material and labels, including leaking and dented bottles/ containers

•Product consistency that is manifested through change or variance in texture, viscosity, color, lack of scent and others.

•Members must fill up the Return form along with the items and purchase receipt for return

•Approval of return is subject for approval by PCSB Q&A team

II.SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Customers can return the unused portion of the product together with a copy of the purchase receipt to the company within 90 days from date of purchase.

Customers will be given the following options to remedy the situation:

•A full refund to the bonus wallet will be given if the item was purchased within the same month

•A full credit to the refund wallet will be given if item is returned beyond the purchased month

•Members must fill up the Return form along with the remains of the items and purchase receipt for return

•Contents of product returned should not be less than 50% of original content otherwise it is not a clear dissatisfaction.

•Approval of return is subject for approval by PCSB Q&A team

III.BUYBACK

Only PC finished goods (excluding selling and training materials) will be qualified for returns based on the following scenarios:

1.Product (new and existing line) on the condition that the returned items are able to satisfy the following:

a.Product is in good condition for reselling, still useable, unopened, and unaltered

b.Shelf-life is not expired

2.Outdate products is subject for approval of the company

a.The amount refunded will be computed based on the member's purchase price less the commissions earned, including any benefits/incentives paid under specific campaign or activities.

b.PCSB has the discretion to decide the amount or value products to be purchased from members. Maximum amount is the member's purchase price

3.All return and exchange transactions will be subject for approval of PCSB Q&A team.

Buyback is only applicable to the following:

1.Resigned Member or Members who applied for Voluntary Termination

2.Involuntary Termination due to breach of contract
